As we have entered the new year, sensible development options continue to come up and we are happy to support  these innovative ideas by assisting with developments, and asset managing properties as soon as operations go live.  Welcome to our website, we hope this gives you a good flavour of our activities.

In 2011 we have signed a long term asset management agreement for The Ritz Carlton in Moscow and we are delighted to support the development of The Ritz Carlton in Vienna. In both cases we are providing the ownership with ongoing reviews and controls of both landmark properties. 

It is clear that sensible and cautious investors are looking for hotel opportunities throughout the Europe and the CIS and for hands on operational advice on the selection of hotel management companies, development support and practical ways to improve net cash flows and return on investments. These are areas where we are able to assist and the earlier we are involved in a project the better the long term outcome will be.

Throughout our 25 years of experience in operations and corporate finance in the hospitality industry we have developed a strong feeling that there is a specific need for ongoing confidential help with asset management, development projects and challenges in hotels and their corporate offices. To support this need Alex Slors Consulting was launched in October 2006 and to date we have successfully contributed to a variety of projects.
