Shared Service Centre
Creation and project management of a shared service centre for non hotel specific finance functions. Accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury and payroll were standardised for 6 hotels in one centre. The finance functions where taken over by specialists in the centre, which enabled the hotel on the core operation.

Introduction of the SUN microsystem finance application in 35 Le Meridien Hotels in Europe and North America. Data transition, training, user acceptance testing and reporting in each hotel. The platform supports both local statutory reporting requirements and those of the Le Meridien Group.
