Alex Slors

The founder of the company, Alex Slors, is a strong leader with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Practical knowledge of hotel operations as well as corporate environments within prestigious international companies defines the balanced approach to business challenges we are facing today.

Having worked his way up through the ranks in hotels in Europe and Asia, followed by regional roles leading up to Vice President of Finance, Alex has in depth knowledge and practical experience that is invaluable for any hotel owner or investor. Alex is based at our London office.

Mark Osborne

Mark has been working with us since we started in 2006 in the capacity of Property and Asset Manager. His wide experience as Hotel and Area General Manager across Europe and the Americas combined with an in depth knowledge of real estate transactions and effective due diligence management have proven very valuable for many projects. Mark is based in Asia but travels extensively throughout the year.

Jean Ricoux

Jean Ricoux claims 45 years experience in the hospitality industry throughout the globe. Having worked as General Manager in Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle-East, Jean’s vast experience is a source we can always rely on. He is a problem solver with a superb feeling for guests and staff whilst always keeping a keen eye on the bottom line.


Through an industry alliance we have instant support from various specialists and professionals in other hospitality areas, such as wellbeing hospitality, revenue management, mystery calling and casino expertise.
