Alex Slors

The founder of the company, Alex Slors, is a strong leader with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Practical knowledge of hotel operations as well as corporate environments within prestigious international companies defines the balanced approach to business challenges we are facing today.

Having worked his way up through the ranks in hotels in Europe and Asia, followed by regional roles leading up to Vice President of Finance, Alex has in depth knowledge and practical experience that is invaluable for any hotel owner or investor. Alex is based at our London office.

J. Georg Keck

Retired Area General Manager / VP Operations in charge of Germany and Eastern Europe at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. A very hands-on individual with a passion for hospitality that makes him continue to do projects to remain active in the industry that he loves. Georg has been instrumental in the expansion of the Meridien brand in Europe up until the brand was purchased by Starwood Hotels& Resorts after which he further expanded and shared his knowledge across all Starwood brands. He completely understands the different needs of Owners, Operating Companies and hotel teams and the combination of these parties thatcan optimize the valuation of a hotel. 

Jacqueline Kanits

Independent Revenue Management Consultant. Worked for Starwood Hotels & Resorts for 25 years finishing as Regional Director Revenue Management in charge of 63 Hotels in Central and eastern Europe. In that role Jacqueline was responsible for maximising overall hotel revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data to drive market share. She is a qualified trainer in her field and adds material value to hotel operations through a holistic approach to all commercial aspects of the hotel operation.

Jean Ricoux

Jean claims 45 years experience in the hospitality industry throughout the globe. Having worked as General Manager in Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle-East, Jean’s vast experience is a source we can always rely on. He is a problem solver with a superb feeling for guests and staff whilst always keeping a keen eye on the bottom line.
